Drop off your pre-packed and labeled shipments at our center, and we will ensure they are picked up daily by the respective carriers. This service is ideal for businesses with their own accounts, offering a time-saving option for shipping letters and packages. For added support, we're here to assist with any additional packaging needs, and we have a convenient and secure drop-off box located on our front porch. If you have a valid account with one of the carriers listed below, you can drop your ready-for-shipping letter or package at our location—at no additional charge. Note: Any additional packaging, taping, or labeling that may be needed to properly protect your shipment may require additional fees.

ATTENTION AMAZON RETURN CUSTOMERS

The Baker Business Center is a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet (ASO) so we are experts on all UPS options and services. We are also packaging experts and have dozens of box sizes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, etc., so we can make sure your items are packed with TLC and arrive in perfect condition.

UPS picks up from the Baker Business Center daily, so you can be certain your shipments receive the fast and efficient service you’ve come to expect from the UPS brand.

The UPS Stores have an exclusive agreement with Amazon to process your returns using the QR code on your smartphone. For this reason we CANNOT scan the codes to print your label(s). Using the QR code option will cost an extra $1 at the UPS stores, and you need to present the QR code at a UPS Store® counter.

We recommend the PRINT LABEL OPTION. Label printing is free at the Baker Business Center when you email us your label to service@bakerbusinesscenter.com. After you email us, simply leave your package at our drop-off counter and avoid having to drive to Lake City or Jacksonville.
